BAS is a low cost building management system developed by Nirays. This is a prototype stage product for enhancing the security, reducing power consumption and making life easy, better and safe.

BAS is designed to integrate with surveillance systems, electrical systems and equipment, fire and safety systems, card access systems,intrusion systems etc .BAS Software controls the other systems using USB interface which directly controls the relay system. BAS is capable of scheduling and monitoring all the integrated systems. This software is highly efficient and reliable, and helps in an integrated view and control of the entire building.

This system is capable of being controlled from mobile applications or web pages via internet.
